In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support immediately.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will reach out to our warehouse and request that the order gets cancelled. Once the cancellation is confirmed we will process the order, issue a full refund to your account, and notify you via email.
Kindly note that at this time we are unable to cancel orders after they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped we can ask the courier to re-route it back to our warehouse. In some cases this is not possible and we reccomend that you refuse delivery in order for it to be sent back to us.
