Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected.
In this situation, we suggest you contact us as soon as possible and cancel the incorrect order.
Thereafter, we will confirm your order has been cancelled and refund you. However, if the order has already left our warehouse, we will have to contact the courier and ask them to re-route the package back to us. In some cases we are unable to re-route the package in which case we recommend that you refuse delivery and it will be sent back to us.
We then suggest that you place a new order for your desired item(s) on our website at your own convenience.
